LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
If product(s) that you have received are damaged or broken, QuoitFactory.com will replace the item only if the shipping carrier of that product(s) was at fault. Physical damage or misuse of the item by the customer after arrival is not covered. Inspect your product(s) once delivered and call us immediately. QuoitFactory.com is not liable for any injury that may occur to a customer with the use of our products.


PRIVACY POLICY
We will not give email addresses or any other information concerning our customers to any other source. We will not send you any unsolicited email - only email pertaining to the status of your order or other information you have requested.


SECURITY
Our website is encrypted using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer Security (SSL) software which keeps all your personal information including name, credit card number, and address safe.


SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping: Within the 48 continental United States, orders are shipped UPS Ground-Residential except for Slate Quoit Board orders which are shipped via Freight carrier. Please make sure the shipping address includes a street address and telephone number. We do not ship to APO addresses or PO Boxes. The freight carrier will contact the telephone number provided on the order to set up a delivery time. Upon delivery, customer is responsible for inspecting and removing the quoit boards from the freight carrier. If the quoit boards are damaged, refuse the quoit boards so a claim can be made. The quoit boards are insured during shipping but if you accept damaged goods then there will be no claim after delivery. Call us immediately if you experience any problems.

Canada orders:Shipments to Canada are shipped via UPS Canada Standard. The shipping charge by the Quoit Factory includes all Canadian taxes and fees.

International orders other than to Canada, are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail and UPS Worldwide Express. We require the credit card phone number on all international orders.

Availability/Timing: Most orders, received by 9:00 AM EST on a business day, are shipped within 24-48 hours. Most orders received after 9:00 AM EST are shipped within 48 hours. Should there be a problem with product availability, you will be notified by email within two business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.


GUARANTEE/RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Satisfaction is guaranteed on all orders. Any item, for which you are not satisfied, may be returned within 30 days. Merchandise must be returned in "like new" condition. Returns should be made to Quoit Factory, 5770 Sullivan Trail, Nazareth, PA 18064. Freight is not refundable, except for defective items. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all returns.

We advertise in local Pennsylvania/New Jersey magazines and newspapers with “Lowest Price Guarantee.” This claim represents that we will beat any competitors price on Slate Quoit Board complete sets. Customer must have written advertisement or quote from competitor for us to beat said price. We do not claim the lowest price on composite quoit boards since we are the only company to hold patent rights (U.S. Patent 7249766) and refuse to beat or match any infringing products.


PHOTOGRAPHICAL & TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
We at QuoitFactory.com strive to be as accurate as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions / specifications / pricing or any other content on QuoitFactory.com is accurate, current or complete. In the event that a product is listed at an inaccurate description/specification/price, QuoitFactory.com shall have the right to either honor the displayed price or refuse/cancel any orders for that product error.

Your submission of an order does not signify our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to deny any order we deem necessary at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to collect more information from you or your company prior to processing any extremely large orders that we deem suspicious.


SALES TAX
Sales Tax is only charged to Pennsylvanian residences at the current rate of 6%.
